Refund Policy

What this policy covers

This policy covers refunds for paid Lux software access, including Lux Invoice plans, add-ons, and other digital software access sold through luxdn.com or an approved app store.

Lux Invoice helps you create and manage invoices for your own customers. Those customer invoices are separate from your Lux software purchase. Lux does not process card or bank payments from your customers and cannot refund payments your customers make to you outside Lux.

Web purchases through Payment Processor

Our order process is conducted by our online Payment Processor. Payment Processor is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Payment Processor provides all payment service inquiries and handles returns.

If your Lux purchase was processed by Payment Processor, you can request a refund through the receipt email, your billing page where available, or by contacting [email protected].

30-day money-back guarantee

For new paid Lux software access purchased through luxdn.com, you may request a refund within 30 days of the transaction date if the product is not a fit for your work.

Renewal payments, add-ons, and later subscription payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law, charged in error, duplicated, or affected by a material product defect that we cannot resolve.

How to request a refund

Send refund requests to [email protected] from the email address used for the purchase, or use the refund link provided in your receipt. Include the purchase email address, transaction date, and a short reason for the request.

If a request is approved, access to the refunded Lux plan or add-on may end immediately. You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future billing.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing timing depends on Payment Processor, the payment method, and the buyer's bank or payment provider. Taxes and invoices may be adjusted as required by Payment Processor and applicable law.

Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, chargeback manipulation, unauthorized resale, excessive refund activity, or other activity that creates payment, platform, or security risk.

App store purchases

If you bought Lux through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app store, refund requests may need to be made through that store. Store rules, consumer protections, and refund decisions may apply separately from this policy.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived. If local law gives you a longer withdrawal, cancellation, or refund right, that law applies.
