This policy explains how Luxdn LLC handles personal information when you use Lux Invoice, luxdn.com, related account pages, support, and the mobile apps.

Everything in Lux Invoice is free and unlimited. We use information to run the app, not to sell data or build advertising profiles.

Lux handles information you provide, content you choose to store in the app, and limited technical information generated when you use the service. Optional features may handle additional information only when you choose to use them.

We use this information to provide requested features, keep accounts and syncing working, secure and support the service, communicate with you, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, share business content with advertisers, or use personal data for cross-app advertising tracking.

We share information only with service providers that help operate Lux, with people or services you direct us to, or when disclosure is reasonably necessary for legal, security, or safety reasons. Providers may use Lux information only to provide their services to us and must protect it.

You may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, object to, or restrict the use of personal information, depending on where you live. To request deletion of selected information without deleting your account, use the delete data page. We confirm the email address connected to the account and email you about the request within 72 hours.

To permanently delete your Lux account and its associated data, use account settings where available or the delete account page. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to provide Lux, protect the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Limited backup or legally required records may remain for a period after deletion, and shared business information may remain available to other members of that business.

Lux uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to operate accounts, remember preferences, maintain security, and measure first-party reliability. Lux does not use third-party advertising trackers.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no online service can guarantee perfect security. Lux and its providers may process information in countries other than your own using safeguards appropriate to the information and applicable law.

Lux is not directed to children and is not intended for users under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Lux, contact [email protected].
