Terms of Service
Effective date: July 26, 2026
Agreement
These terms govern your use of Lux Invoice, luxdn.com, related account pages, support, and mobile apps published by Luxdn LLC. By using Lux or creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Everything in Lux Invoice is free and unlimited. There are no paid plans, trials, subscription fees, feature limits, or usage caps.
Accounts and your content
You are responsible for your account, credentials, invited members, and the information added through your account or business. If you use Lux for a business, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
You keep ownership of content you add to Lux. You give Lux the limited permission needed to host, process, protect, and deliver that content so we can operate the service and complete actions you request.
Using Lux
You may use Lux only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy and suitability of your estimates, invoices, customer information, prices, taxes, terms, payment records, and communications. Lux does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, or collection advice.
You must not use Lux for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or unauthorized activity. You must not send spam or harmful content, interfere with the service, bypass security, overload infrastructure, or access data that is not yours.
Service operation
Lux may use service providers and connect to third-party services to operate features you choose to use. Those services are governed by their own terms and are responsible for their own operation.
We work to keep Lux available and useful, but do not promise uninterrupted service or error-free output. We may improve, change, or remove features as the product develops.
Ending use
You may stop using Lux or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to address violations of these terms, legal requirements, security concerns, or harm to Lux or others.
Information is handled after account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
Lux, its software, design, branding, documentation, and service content are owned by Lux or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of Lux intellectual property to you. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or provide access to Lux except as allowed by these terms or agreed in writing.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Lux is provided as is and as available, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Lux is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the State of Delaware law, except where mandatory local rules apply. We may update these terms as Lux or applicable requirements change. We will update the date on this page and provide additional notice when required.
