Refund Policy

What this policy covers

This policy covers paid Lux software access, including Lux Invoice plans, add-ons, and other digital software access sold through luxdn.com.

Lux Invoice helps you create and manage invoices for your own customers. Those customer invoices are separate from your Lux software purchase. Lux does not process card or bank payments from your customers and cannot refund payments your customers make to you outside Lux.

Paddle web purchases

Lux web purchases are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment service inquiries, cancellations, withdrawal requests, and refund requests for those orders.

Refund eligibility for Lux web purchases is governed by the Paddle Refund Policy and Paddle Buyer Terms. We do not publish separate Lux refund rules for Paddle orders.

How to request a refund

Use the View receipt or Manage subscription link in your Paddle transaction confirmation email, use the support link in your receipt or Lux billing page, or visit paddle.net and choose Request refund.

You can also contact [email protected] for billing help. Refund requests for Paddle orders are handled under Paddle's policy.

Subscription cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period. Cancellation stops future subscription billing after that period ends.

Consumer rights

Mandatory consumer rights still apply. The Paddle Refund Policy and Paddle Buyer Terms explain statutory withdrawal and refund rights for Paddle orders.
